We launch from the shoreline and paddle along the stunning Lofoten coastline toward the iconic Haukland Beach, surrounded by white sand beaches, turquoise Arctic waters, and dramatic mountain peaks. Along the way, your guide shares stories about local nature, wildlife, and life in Lofoten while you enjoy the unique perspective from the sea. After landing at Haukland Beach, we begin the scenic hike to the summit of Mannen. The trail gradually climbs above the coastline, revealing breathtaking panoramic views across Vestvågøy, the Norwegian Sea, and the beaches and waters you explored earlier by kayak. From the top, you’ll experience one of the most spectacular viewpoints in Lofoten. After time at the summit for photos and a short break, we hike back down to the beach and start paddling back along the coastline to our starting point. This small-group experience combines adventure, nature, and unforgettable scenery in one of the most beautiful areas of Arctic Norway. Photos from the tour are included.
We meet at Vågaveien 37, where our base is a distinctive red boathouse with a sign reading “Epic Lofoten.” Your guide will be there to welcome you 15 minutes before the tour starts and help you get ready for the experience.
