Take part in a cherished Hoi An tradition as you release a lantern onto the Hoai River, joining a centuries-old local ritual for good fortune.
Begin your evening with a 15-minute boat ride, where you’ll receive your lantern and prepare to set your wish afloat on the tranquil water.
The experience includes a personal lantern for each guest and a ticket for a traditional boat ride along the scenic Hoai River.
Watch as your lantern’s gentle glow joins hundreds of others, reflecting on the river and creating a peaceful, memorable atmosphere.
Enjoy a complimentary herbal tea, included with your ticket, as you soak in the unique ambiance of Hoi An’s riverside by night.
Attaching wishes to lanterns is believed to bring luck and prosperity, making this ritual both meaningful and personal for every participant.
The Hoai River cruise offers a special view of Hoi An’s UNESCO-listed Old Town, beautifully illuminated after sunset.
