What you'll do

Travelers will visit Valleris winery in the heart of the Collio wine region and
discover how wines are produced, from vineyard to cellar. During the tour, we will introduce the local terroir, winemaking philosophy, and the techniques we use, including maceration and long aging. The experience continues with a guided tasting of four Valleris wines, accompanied by a small local food tasting. We will explain the grape varieties, production methods, aromas and characteristics of each wine, while sharing the story of the family winery and the Collio territory. Guests will also have the opportunity to ask questions, explore the cellar and purchase their favourite wines directly from the winery.

Meet directly at Cantina Valleris, Località Valerisce 8/B, 34070 San Floriano del Collio (GO), Italy. Upon arrival, please go to the winery entrance and wait there for a member of the winery staff.
