The gondola accommodates foldable wheelchairs and strollers. Passengers may bring one cabin-size bag (22" x 14" x 9").
Children under 90 cm enter free. Ages 0-16 require adult supervision. Genting SkyWay operates 09:00-22:00 (22-24 Aug 2026). Scheduled maintenance: Genting SkyWay (5-9 Oct), Awana SkyWay (12-16 Oct, Genting open 07:00-23:00).
Boarding occurs at Awana SkyWay, Level 4, Awana SkyCentral, 69000 Genting Highlands, Pahang. At Awana Bus Terminal, board on Level 4. The same QR code is valid for return trips. A ticket is needed to disembark at Chin Swee Station and proceed to SkyAvenue or Awana Station. If Genting Highlands Premium Outlets Cable Car Station closes for maintenance, services start at Genting SkyWay Station. Parking is at Awana Car Park. A shuttle connects Chin Swee Skyway Station Lobby and Chin Swee Caves Temple Hotel Lobby.
