Exclusive Hidden Waterfalls Adventure: Tiu Kelep & Sendang Gile

SENDANG GILE & TIU KELEP WATERFALL These two waterfall are located in the foot of Rinjani Mount which also a part pf tracks to this highest mount in Lombok. According to local people, Tiu kelep name is taken from sasak Language. “Tiu” means Pool, and “Kelep” means Fly. While Sendang Gile taken from a legend which tells about the story of a prince which has chased by a crazy lion. He run into a wood and hide behind the waterfall. This waterfall than called Sendang Gile.

The site of the oldest Mosque in Lombok, Masjid Kuno Bayan Beleq is in Bayan and is said to date from the 1700s, around the time when Islam first arrived in Lombok.
