Dress in traditional Hue attire and capture the moment with a photograph. 19:00 – 19:45: Embark on a dragon boat trip along the Perfume River while having dinner at your private table and enjoying the stunning night-time views of Hue’s ancient monuments and the peaceful river. Sample menu: Fig salad with shrimp & meat, pineapple spring rolls, classic Hue rice cakes, shrimp in passion fruit sauce, spicy Hue beef noodle soup, creamy lotus seed dessert & a fresh seasonal fruit plate.
