Getting started

Arrive at your chosen class start time of 10:30am, 1:00pm, or 3:30pm and check in for your Vietnamese coffee making workshop. You meet your local instructor and English-speaking guide, then move to your workstation where all tools and ingredients are laid out for you. After a brief orientation to the session format, you begin preparing your first coffee.
