Corporate Leadership & Team Retreat with Horses in Boulder, Co

Past clients include Google, HBO, Coca Cola, University of Denver, and Palantir. Half, full, and multi-day engagements are hosted at our 55-acre ranch-retreat facility 20 minutes north of Boulder, Colorado, as well as at partner locations for client offsites in Colorado, across the U.S., and abroad. Programs are customized around each team’s goals. Ground-based exercises with the horses, paired with facilitation and real-time debriefs, explore leadership presence and impact, communication, trust, collaboration, feedback, decision-making, team dynamics, and alignment. In partnership with Emergence Leadership Consulting, experiences can integrate leadership and team development, including workshops, assessments, executive coaching, and organizational development. Sessions take place in our outdoor and heated indoor arenas and workshop spaces. Programs can also incorporate mindfulness, wellbeing, and catered meals. Corporate retreats are custom quoted based on group size, length, location, and design. No horse experience is needed and no riding is involved.
