Comprehensive Energy Healing Courses in Provo Utah

Some groups come wanting to slow down, relax, and feel grounded. Others want something hands-on, educational, spiritual, playful, or completely outside the box. We can create a custom experience using movement, meditation, sound therapy, breathwork, cold plunging, individual treatment sessions, tarot readings, crystal wrapping, sage bundling, manifestation work, mindfulness, and more. We can also build classes around what your group actually wants to explore, from stress, cortisol, and the nervous system to anatomy, emotions, energy, breath, ADHD, neurodivergence, focus, positivity, manifestation, and creating more space in a busy life. Some experiences are quiet and deeply restorative. Others are fun, interactive, and a little unexpected. You don’t have to fit into one of our classes. We can build the class around you. Tell us who is coming, what you’re curious about, and how you want the experience to feel. We’ll create something that fits your group. And if you have an idea that isn’t listed here, ask us. We probably have a way to make it happen.
