City or Fjordcruise by Zodiac Speedboat or Lux Pontoon Boat

Your day starts the easy way: we pick you up wherever you stay in central Bergen. No meeting-point stress, no taxis, no guessing. You just step outside and we take care of the rest.

This is where the day flips from car transfer / sightseeing to real fjord immersion. We board our specially built Pontoon / Zodiac, designed for efficiency and a light footprint, and head into a fjord area that stays remarkably untouched because very few people ever reach it. Think: fewer crowds, more silence, more “how is this real?” moments.

The fjord bends, the cliffs rise, and suddenly a twin waterfall drops straight into the water from high above. From land it’s impressive. From the sea, with the sound bouncing between rock walls, it feels like you’ve stumbled into a hidden amphitheater built by nature.

Now we enter the secret ingredient: Veafjorden. A narrow, dramatic fjord arm with towering cliffs and emerald water, and almost no signs of modern life. No highway noise. No tour-bus rhythm. Just the kind of scenery most travelers never see because there’s simply no road to follow. This is the stop that turns “nice fjord tour” into “best day of the entire trip”.

see the "Brørvikskuto" which is built upon shipbuilder traditions that stretch over 1200 years back. At the very same time you are in the very cradle of the Norwegian Salmon heritage that has led to the export of Norwegian farmed salmon that finds its way to all corners of the world. Listen to how it all happened from the smiling skipper.

This is where your fjord day gains depth. Skipshelleren is an ancient Stone Age site where humans lived thousands of years before Norway was even a thought. You’re not just looking at scenery anymore. You’re stepping into a timeline that stretches back 8,000 years. Quiet. Powerful. Unforgettable.

A narrow outlet. A sudden surge. The fjord literally moves here. Bolstadstraumen is one of the strongest tidal currents in the region, and you feel the energy in the water as it funnels through like the fjord is breathing. It’s a short stop, but it hits hard, because it’s raw nature, up close.

We land in a small rural fjord village where the water meets the Vosso River, home to legendary Atlantic salmon. Then, instead of retracing the same route back, your day ends the smart way: A one-way scenic return to Bergen by train (or private vehicle depending on timing). You get fjord views from a new angle and a calm, beautiful landing back in the city. No repetitive “same fjord twice” ride. Just a complete story from start to finish.

Your return ends at Bergen Railway Station, right in the center of Bergen. From here, you’re only minutes away from the city’s most central hotels and the cruise port. If you have luggage or prefer not to walk, taxis are always waiting right outside for a quick and easy ride.
