In the kitchen, prepare each dish step by step, starting with “Sa-pee-tong,” a traditional Akha dipping dish. Continue by choosing from Thai favorites such as Pad Thai or Pad See Ew, plus your selected appetizer or soup, curry, and dessert. This private class offers shared cooking stations designed for your group, so everyone can join each step. Free soft drinks and drinking water are provided throughout the class. Guests are required to make their own way to Chiang Rai Clock Tower by 9:00 AM before the market visit begins. The meeting point can be reached by taxi or Grab. Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may be considered a no-show.
