Your experience begins in a typical Sicilian market located in the historic city center. This is where you gather the fresh produce you will later transform during the cooking class.

• Ingredients for the class are chosen here, so you do not need to bring anything; all necessary ingredients are provided as part of your experience.

Historic terrace cooking class

After the market, you return to a historic and centrally located terrace where the outdoor cooking class takes place. This is where your interactive culinary experience unfolds, from preparation to tasting.

• Expert chef guidance leads you step by step through a hands-on cooking class, turning the ingredients you picked into Sicilian dishes as you learn specific techniques and recipes.

• An apron is provided so you can cook comfortably and keep your clothes protected, and you use all included ingredients that were selected during the market visit.
