The program starts with the grand Mehter Military Band and builds toward the interactive Gelin Halayı group sequence.

• Follow the flow of the evening with a live English-speaking host throughout the show, who introduces each act and leads the Animation segments, so you always know which performance is on stage and when it is your turn to join in.

• Dine on a multi-course Turkish dinner with grilled mains, choosing from options such as grilled meat or chicken and köfte, accompanied by rice, salad, and fresh seasonal vegetables. At your table, 8 cold mezes and stuffed vine leaves are served, including varieties like acılı ezme, haydari, hummus-style spreads, white cheese, and more.
