Canyoning Adventure in Tuscany

Admire the limestone canyons of Cocciglia, beautifully carved into the rock. Swim along the Lima River, glide on wet surfaces, climb and jump with an instructor. The hike takes place in summer, when the Lima stream is almost dry. Explore the top of this deep canyon, the best summer river activity in Tuscany. Watch the Lima River flow down, fed by underground springs that create sinuous channels, crossed by currents and reels. Immerse yourself in the enchanting and unspoilt environment of the Lima Valley. Walk, swim, climb and jump between smooth boulders and waterholes. All dives are optional. The final part of the route is a long stretch swimming in a huge canyon created by water over thousands of years. Take your adventure to the next level with natural water jumps and slides!
