Diving gear, fishing gear, large luggage, prams, and strollers are not allowed on the train or at the Underwater Observatory. Re-entry is prohibited. This activity is unsuitable for strollers and wheelchair users.
Children 0-2 are free. Children under 15 require adult supervision (18+). Children under 3 must sit on an adult's lap on the train.
The meet-up is at the Interpretive Centre, blue buildings near the shore end of the Jetty, 15 Foreshore Parade, Busselton WA 6280, Australia. Check-in and ticket pickup occur inside the Interpretive Centre. Check in at least 15 minutes before your train time. Arrive at the Busselton foreshore at least 30 minutes prior to allow parking and walking. Trains depart from the Interpretive Centre. Parking isn't available directly at Busselton Jetty; nearest options are 50-100 meters away.
