Getting started

Head directly to Bali Zoo and present your ticket at the main entrance, valid either for foreign passport holders or Indonesian ID holders depending on the option selected. Once inside, choose your route using the zoo map and check the daily schedule for animal encounters and shows. Families can plan time around Jungle Splash Waterplay, so bring swimwear and a change of clothes.

Spend the day moving between open-air enclosures, interactive zones, and the Jungle Splash Waterplay area.

• Join a behind-the-scenes zoo tour at Bali Zoo if you select the Entry Ticket + Behind Closed Doors Experience, Behind Closed Doors Bali Zoo Tour, or Entry Ticket + Behind Closed Doors Experience + Transfers option, including snacks and drinks during the guided portion.

• Add round-trip hotel transfers if you choose Entry Ticket + Lunch + Transfers or the Zoo Transfer & Meal Package options from Kuta, Seminyak, Nusa Dua, Sanur, Jimbaran, or Ubud areas, with transport provided between your hotel and Bali Zoo.

Wrapping up

If you select an option with round-trip hotel transfers, your driver will take you back to your accommodation after your time at Bali Zoo. Guests choosing behind-the-scenes tours, lunch, or breakfast with orangutans can continue exploring the exhibits and Jungle Splash Waterplay on their own once the upgraded activity ends.
