Pick-up is included from the lobby of most hotels and resorts in the Bávaro–Punta Cana area. For the Cap Cana area, you must request an access pass so we can enter the property. Transportation is not included for same-day bookings or for accommodations located in the Friusa or Verón areas — guests in these cases must arrive at the meeting point on their own.The night before your tour, you will receive a confirmation with the exact pick-up time. Pick-ups are conducted directly at your hotel Lobby, unless a specific security restriction at your resort requires meeting at the Gate.Pick-ups generally start within a 1-hour window before the tour begins, but in some hotels they may start up to 2 hours before the tour due to logistics and multiple pick-up stops. Please be ready at the confirmed location 5 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. Our driver will take a photo of the Lobby upon arrival. If you’re not present within 10 minutes, it will be considered a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable.
