Astronomical Tour: A Night with the Stars

This stargazing tour is designed for travelers who want to truly understand the sky.

During the experience, highly trained guides will explain the night sky in a simple and enjoyable way, using powerful telescopes and clear visual examples.

At the end of the tour, you will understand:

• How to find the cardinal points using the stars • How to identify the ecliptic and locate the planets • Why do stars twinkle and planets not

Through telescope observations, we will also explore the life cycle of stars, observing different astronomical objects.

The tour is led by expert guides in astronomy, trained in the astronomical education program of San Pedro de Atacama. The founder also gives basic astronomy classes locally and developed a training school for guides.
