This tour will give you a chance to ride your own snowmobile in the Arctic Circle area. You will enjoy the beautiful wintery scenery whilst driving through the local forests, where opportunities for photos are abundant during short stops we make.

What you'll do

Never driven a snowmobile, but keen to try it out?
This short tour is perfect for you! You’ll get a taste of snowmobiling while we ride through the beautiful wintry landscape around Arctic Circle. For participants' safety and comfort, the speed of this slow paced snowmobile tour is 10 km/hr. If you do not have a driver's license you can also join this tour in the sleigh pulled by our guide's snowmobile. Duration of the program is 1 hour, including preparations. The riding time on the snowmobiles is approximately 30 - 40 minutes. The tour is on a shared 2 seats snowmobile basis and stops will be made to swap drivers who have driving licenses.

-The tour includes transfers from the meeting points in the central area of Rovaniemi, Ounasvaara area, Arctic Treehouse Hotel and Santa Claus Village. If you are staying in an Airbnb or similar, we will notify you of the closest meeting point. -All the pick-up times are subject to a 15-minute difference depending on the other participants joining the tours. Customers shall wait for their pick-up at the meeting point notified by Wild Nordic. Please be at the meeting point 5 minutes before the given meeting time.
