Immerse yourself in the local culture by joining an Italian family. Discover the secrets of grandmothers on how to prepare focaccia and fresh pasta. The experience takes place 10 minutes from the Central Train Station, close to the Shopping Streets and the historical and cultural attractions that characterize the city. Immerse yourself in the culinary culture of Puglia with a traditional cooking class led by a local person, born and raised in Puglia. Learn how to make the traditional Bari focaccia the legendary ORECCHIETTE. After the preparation sit down and eat everything you have prepared, along with a glass of wine.
