Raft the Köprüçay River in Köprülü Canyon with round-trip transfers, lunch, and professional river guides included.
Getting started
Begin your day with hotel pick-up from Antalya or the designated meeting point in front of McDonald’s Kaleiçi for guests staying inside Antalya Kaleiçi. After the drive to Köprülü Canyon National Park, you arrive at the rafting base, check in, and receive your rafting equipment. Your professional river guides then brief you on the route before you board the raft on the Köprüçay River.
What to expect
Köprülü Canyon National Park and Köprüçay River
Köprülü Canyon National Park is one of Turkey’s most famous rafting destinations, known for its steep cliffs, lush forests, and the clear Köprüçay River. Your rafting route covers about 15 kilometers of rapids and calmer stretches, with time to enjoy the canyon’s scenery and swim in the river.
Features
• Navigate 15 kilometers of rapids on the Köprüçay River as you move between sections of fast water and quieter pools, surrounded by the rocky walls and green slopes of Köprülü Canyon.
• Rafting equipment is provided at the base, including all gear needed on the boat, so you can focus on paddling and enjoying the changing landscape along the river.
• Professional river guides accompany your group throughout the descent, give clear paddle instructions, and manage the route so you can safely tackle the rapids.
• A riverside lunch is included during the break from rafting, with a barbecue-style meal that lets you refuel while you sit by the water.
• During calm sections, you can swim in the crystal-clear waters of the Köprüçay River and take in the quiet sections of the forested canyon around you.
• Köprülü Canyon rafting with Oluk Bridge stop is included, so your route incorporates a break near this historic Roman bridge that spans the gorge.
• Round-trip transfers are part of the experience, taking you from Antalya to Köprülü Canyon National Park and back to your hotel once the rafting is complete.
• Insurance is included for the duration of the activity, covering you while you participate in the rafting program.
Oluk Bridge
Oluk Bridge is an ancient Roman stone bridge that crosses a dramatic section of the canyon. It serves as both a scenic highlight and a pause point during your rafting itinerary.
Features
• The stop at Oluk Bridge gives you time to view this Roman structure up close and appreciate how it links the cliffs on either side of Köprülü Canyon.
• From the bridge area, you can look down into the gorge, with the Köprüçay River flowing below and the canyon walls framing the river corridor.
• Your professional river guides manage timing at the Oluk Bridge stop so your raft group can explore the surroundings briefly before continuing downriver.
• Photos and videos are not included in the experience, and drinks are not provided at this stop or during the wider tour, so plan any purchases accordingly.
• Please check your final voucher for the redemption details and specific instructions.
• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
