All Inclusive private Leshan Buddha China’s "Noah’s Ark" Town

Buddhist Art Through the Ages: Experience a profound contrast—from the ancient, serene Leshan Giant Buddha (UNESCO) to the vast, sculptural grandeur of the Orient Buddha Park, a modern marvel housing thousands of intricate statues.

Orient Buddha Park The Orient Buddha Park (Dongfang Fodu) Today, the Orient Buddha Park has been established upon this historic site with the purpose of reviving the grandeur of the Tang-era landscape. It preserves the area's original forest setting and features over ten thousand stone Buddhist statues seamlessly integrated into the natural environment. Following the ancient principle of "following the mountain's contours," the sculptures are arranged at varying heights, creating a sacred atmosphere where "thousands of Buddhas hide among the woods, and hundreds of grottoes lie within the caves." More than a scenic site, the park is a living dialogue between past and present. It captures the enduring elegance of Buddhist culture across millennia while showcasing the skill of modern artisans in carrying forward the ancient tradition of stone sculpture. This is where history is respectfully recalled, and artistic heritage is vividly alive.

Luocheng Ancient Town: China’s "Noah’s Ark" Hidden on a Hilltop Built in 1628 (Ming Dynasty) Most ancient towns in China feel like theme parks，crammed with identical souvenir shops and snack stalls. Luocheng is the opposite. It’s the real deal. Perched on an oval hilltop in rural Sichuan, this 400‑year‑old town is shaped like a giant ship—earning it the nickname "Noah’s Ark of the East" from UNESCO. From above, it looks exactly like a boat stranded on a mountain. From the ground, it feels like stepping into a living postcard. What makes it special The main street—called "Boat Street" or "Cool Veranda Street"—stretches 209 meters. Instead of open pavement, it’s lined with wooden colonnades that shield you from both sun and rain. Locals have been gathering under these covered walkways for centuries—drinking tea, playing cards, and chatting the afternoon away. It’s not a performance for tourists; it’s just how life works here.
