What you'll do

Join Aysel in her cozy Kuşadası home for a rich exploration of Aegean cuisine
You will start by preparing fresh ingredients for the menu, which includes dishes such as Stuffed Zucchini, several cold meze dishes, rice, yoghurt and seasonal Turkish pickles. Alongside the cooking, Aysel will share her life and culture. The atmosphere is one of camaraderie, with plenty of opportunities for guests to ask questions and share in the joy of cooking and eating together.
