You also get access to our communal hand-cut frozen lake ice plunge. Each session is 2 hours and is self-lead with the assistance and education of our helpful staff. This outdoor sauna village operates 4 days per week on the lakefront of a beautiful 175+ acre wilderness camp just outside Minneapolis. We have a total of 6 wood-fired saunas of all shapes & sizes, a natural ice plunge cut into the frozen lake, community warming huts and clubhouse & group campfires. We are home to the largest mobile barrel sauna in the U.S. that features two wood-burning stoves! We also have saunas as well that all range in temperatures to allow you to pick a sauna that best suits you or try them all out!
From the first parking lot of the host location (Camp Ihduhapi), look for signs toward the Camp path indicated with lights. Follow the path to where the staff will help you check in.
