What you'll do

Travelers spend the day learning to kitesurf through a complete, fast‑track 6‑ho
ur course that takes them from beginner fundamentals to water‑start skills. The experience begins with 3 hours on the beach, where they practice kite control, safety, and setup, followed by 2–3 hours in the water after lunch to work toward riding independently. Designed for 2–3 friends learning together, this course aims to help participants earn their IKO Level 2 Rider certification in a single day, with all gear included and paced to ensure an enjoyable yet productive progression.

Pickup details

Park at the paid lot on 54th & Ocean Blvd or use free street parking. Walk 100m down the paved catamaran ramp toward the ocean. SoCal Kitesurfing is on the sand by the restrooms—look for red chairs, red tent, and black flags.
