We will visit a dairy where Parmigiano Reggiano PDO is produced and I will lead you through a complete journey to discover all the stages of the creation of Parmigiano Reggiano. We will enter the dairy during the processing and we will assist in the realization of the Parmesan cheese forms. We will then have the chance to taste it right where it is produced. Afterwards we will move on board our e-bikes to a beautiful vinegar factory where Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is produced and after the visit we can taste different types of vinegar.
