Here you can experience how to make traditional sushi rolls, chawanmushi(steamed egg custard), and miso soup. Makizushi is made by wrapping up fillings in rice and nori seaweed. This recipe shows you how to make a basic makizushi roll. I want you to learn ones that you'll use back home. Master the technique and get creative.
