Self guided tour. No worries, we will be on a board walk trail exploring through the swamps and Mississippi bayou's, of the Pearl River. See nature up close and personal with its unique vegetation, and home to the Cypress Tree on a safe boardwalk trail. We may see alligators, lizards, snakes, birds, and more.
We will visit historical sites sharing fascinating stories and legends about the swamps history and folklore. We will see all the flora and fauna of the season. Eco Tinker Packs are available for purchase for ages 12 and under. The Eco Tour is for all ages. While on the tour get ready to engage in an interactive live demonstration and learn about energy and conservation.

No worries, we will be on a board walk path, walking through the swamps of the East Pearl River. If we decide to wander a little further, the board walk turns into a well maintained dirt path. We will visit a historical ghost town and cemetery, and see nature up close and personal with its unique vegetation and home to the Cypress Tree. Please dress for the weather and bring an umbrella or rain jacket if it plans on raining. While touring. You will journey through a dirt road and swampy terrain as well as a boardwalk path. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes. Please bring bug spray. Although mother nature takes care of most of our bugs, you may want to use it. You may want to bring a camera and binoculars for this rare glimpse of a birds eye view of a cypress swamp.
