Aguahara originates from ancient Oriental therapies in the water and this is a one-on-one session in which you are continuously supported and held whilst I gently move, stretch, cradle and massage you in the water.You just simply close your eyes and let yourself be taken on a wonderful one-on-one healing journey. Bodies reach a state of weightlessness in water that liberates the muscles and joints, incomparable freedom of movement. – bringing deep relaxation, letting go of the mind, tensions melting away, blockages and stress releasing. The deeply relaxing effects of warm water and nurturing support, combined with the movements helps us to rebalance at different levels, not just physically but emotionally too, and potential transformation towards a state of greater harmony and fluidity.   Each session is a unique individual experience that is tailored perfectly for you and what you need today.
