Explore the "Living Inca City" of Ollantaytambo and marvel at its magnificent, colossal stonework. This journey follows the sacred Urubamba River, allowing you to watch the Andean landscape transform as you approach the cloud forest of Machu Picchu.

17:02 – Arrival & Hotel Escort | Upon arrival at the Aguas Calientes station, our representative will greet you at the exit by the craft market side and escort you on a short walk to your hotel. Evening at Leisure | The remainder of the day is yours to relax, explore the charming town, or enjoy the local thermal springs. 06:00 – Buffet Breakfast | Enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast at your hotel before meeting your guide. We recommend an early start to experience the sanctuary’s morning atmosphere. 06:30 – Shuttle to the Citadel | Your local expert guide will meet you in the hotel lobby for a short walk to the bus station. Together, you will take the scenic 30-minute shuttle ride winding up the mountain to the main entrance of Machu Picchu.

07:00 – The Guided Experience | Embark on an extraordinary private guided tour of the ancient Incan citadel. Your local expert guide will lead you along your designated official route, bringing history to life as they unveil the engineering mysteries, The Sacred Fountains, the urban sectors, and the incredible Incan Astronomy that defines the site. 10:30 – Descent to Aguas Calientes | After marveling at the sanctuary and capturing your photos, board the return shuttle back to the town of Aguas Calientes. Afternoon at Leisure | Enjoy lunch (not included) at one of the town’s many restaurants and take some time to explore the local craft market or the charming streets of Machu Picchu Pueblo at your own pace. 14:00 – Train Journey to Ollantaytambo | We will ensure you are at the station in time for your return train journey. Relax and enjoy the final views of the Urubamba canyon as you travel back to the Sacred Valley.

16:30 – Private Transfer to Cusco | At the Ollantaytambo station exit, our representative will be waiting for you with a sign displaying your name and the Machupicchu Latin America logo.

18:30 – Hotel Drop-off | We provide comfortable, private transport for the scenic drive back to Cusco, completing the experience with a drop-off at your hotel.
