You will be picked up from your hotel by your sommelier guide, at around 9:30 AM, to go to the Utiel-Requena wine region, a beautiful region, with a special, native, red grape, the Bobal. We first go to the old town of Requena, where we will visit old wine caves. We do a first wine tasting here! From here we go to another winery near Requena for wine tasting, and then to another winery, near Utiel, where we can visit the vineyards, production areas, and barrel room. This winery is specialised in Bobal wines. We stay for a nice lunch at the same winery (avocado salad, 2 starters, main course, dessert, coffee..:) with the best wines of the winery; and with a view over the vineyards! After lunch we go back to Valencia (we should be back at around 4-4:30 pm). NB: this tour can also be done for one or two people - contact me directly!
