We set sail from the local tourist pier crossing the wide Bay of Ushuaia until we reach the Beagle Channel through Paso Chico. There we will sail around the Island of the Birds where we will be able to appreciate the Fuegian avifauna. We will observe: Skúas, Black-browed Albatross, Vapor Ducks, Cauquenes, Cook Gulls and Gray Gulls. Then, we will approach Isla de los Lobos where we will be able to observe sea lions with one and two hairs. Both islands belong to the Bridges archipelago. Arriving at Les Eclaireurs Lighthouse (The Illuminators), we will be able to see the colonies of Imperial Cormorants and Rock Cormorants while listening to the story of the sinking of the SS Monte Cervantes that he starred in 1930. We started the tour with the pick up at the hotel and headed to the station of the famous End of the World Train, a historic railway that revives the old route of the prisoners of Ushuaia. On board this vintage train, with steam locomotives and wide windows, you will enjoy a unique experience as you cross spectacular landscapes such as the meandering Pipo River, La Macarena Waterfall and lengas forest. We begin the navigation leaving from the Tourist Pier of our city, towards the center of the Beagle Channel, enjoying, as we move away, the panoramic view of the coast of Ushuaia. We sail towards the southwest, approaching the sea lions island observing their permanent habitat, in a wonderful setting. Continuing the navigation, we will go to the Birds island, habitat of Magellanic Cormorants and Imperial Cormorants, and a privileged sector to spot species of marine birds. We continue sailing towards the Les Eclaireurs Lighthouse. Following the south coast of the Isla Grande de Tierra del Fuego, when we get to Martillo Island, we will approach the beach and will observe how the colony of Magellanic Penguins that nest during the summer season approach the boat with remarkable curiosity, enter the sea by swimming under the catamaran and re-emerge. A party that invites us to take countless photographs. From here we return by sailing to the Tourist Pier
