Via Ferrata Sugar Loaf Mountain
Boarding at the Warung Beach Club. Ten minutes by sea, you can reach the landing directly at the beginning of the Via Ferrata, at sea level. Along its sheer cliffs, there are three sport climbing routes (1. DIDI; 2. FRANCESCO'S NIGHTMARE; 3. RADIO IN GALENA), a 45-meter descent and the via ferrata called "the Miners' Path" . On the Pan di Zucchero plateau, a ring path marked by stone men is visible, indicating the most important lookout points. To admire the stretch of coast that from Masua beach reaches Cala Domestica and the structure of Porto Flavia, and to the south Laveria Lamarmora. The descent can be made, for the more experienced, returning to the roof of the cave where there is a stop for a rappel ride directly on the dinghy, the jump is about 45 meters, otherwise you can retrace the via ferrata to the starting point from which to re-embark for the return to Masua Beach.

Cagliari: Well Temple and Cabras Museum
The archaeological site of Santa Cristina is located on the basalt plateau of Abbasanta. The area takes its name from the small country church of Santa Cristina, built some time in the 1200s, around which stands a cluster of cumbessias, small houses originally built to shelter pilgrims. The area, in use from the nuraghic period, is divided into two sectors: the first includes the well temple (consisting of an atrium, a stairway leading downwards and an underground tholos-roofed chamber which housed the spring), the “meeting hut” paved with cobbles and complete with a circular bench, and a series of other small square and round-plan buildings, probably lodgings for the priests of the cult and the pilgrims. We'll see see the Giants of Monti Prama on show at the Civic Museum of Cabras, the only stone statues which the ancient Nuraghic world has handed down to us, together with models of nuraghi and betyls found next to them.

Gorropu: trekking towards the most spectacular canyon in Sardinia
You will experience indescribable sensations in visiting one of the most suggestive natural monuments of Sardinia, you will find yourself in one of the wildest places on the island. Located between the municipalities of Urzulei and Orgosolo, it is about 1.5 km long, from the Cucutos point, it sinks for about 500 m.; on the bottom it narrows to reach in some places the minimum width of 4 - 5 m. These hard shapes make Gorropu a world pearl, an authentic masterpiece of nature and at the same time a precious treasure chest of biodiversity. It is the most spectacular canyon in Europe, as well as one of the deepest. Gorropu is a gorge of erosive origin, one and a half kilometers long, which marks the border between the Barbarian territory of Orgosolo and that of Ogliastra Urzulei. It has been shaped over time by the strength of the Flumineddu stream that flows on the bottom, fed by waters that cross the Supramonte, partly infiltrating underground tunnels, partly re-emerging from sources downstream of the gorge.
