Starting from the port of Vieste it will be possible to admire the islet of S. Eufemia, the peninsula of San Francesco, the monolith of Pizzomunno (it owes its name to the legend of the fisherman Pizzommunno and his beloved mermaid Cristalda), the Scialara beach, the of Portonuovo (with fine sand and shallow seabed), the Arco di San Felice (where the entrance to the small Campana cave is visible), Testa del Gargano. Along the crossing you can admire high white cliffs overlooking the sea with brooms, rockroses and pines that jut out over the blue waters and the suggestive beaches such as the bay of San Felice in sand, the bay of Campi, the bay of Porto Greco, the bay of Pugnochiuso, cala della Pergola, bay of Vignanotica and bay of Zagare in gravel. We will explore the marine protected area of Porto Cesaereo on board our kayaks. We will move in the calm and transparent waters of the lagoon and reach the Island of Rabbits, with its small beaches in Caribbean colors. Here we will take a short walk to discover the island from a historical and naturalistic point of view and then a stop for swimming, relaxation and snorkeling. We will then reach the tower of Porto Cesareo, a defensive system dating back to the sixteenth century and we will skirt the town's promenade and its beautiful golden beaches. If the sea allows, we will have the opportunity to observe an important site of underwater archaeology: we will observe fascinating Roman columns, lost from a ship during a storm and lying on the sandy bottom of Porto Cesareo since the second century AD.C.

We will leave DA Gaeta, admiring the Aragonese Castle overlooking the sea. We will head to Monte Orlando Regional Park, a place that offers amazing and enchanting scenery. Unforgettable the glimpse of the cliffs, walls more than 80 meters high, which run overhanging the sea and the imposing and suggestive "Cave of the Turk". At the extreme point of the promontory awaits us the Sanctuary of the Split Mountain. On the opposite side of the beach of Serapo from the promontory of the Sanctuary, a sort of islet-rock is clearly visible, renamed by the locals "the ship". The nickname comes from the fact that the rock as a whole recalls the shape of a boat. Once in Sperlonga we will admire the medieval towers dating back to 1500 and the wonderful natural caves of limestone formation: the Caves of Bazzano, Capovento and the most suggestive, the "Blue Grotto" Immerse yourself in its crystal clear waters! These relative small animals, they can grow up to 6-7 feet wingspan are famous for their ability to breach out of the water as they are capable of reaching heights of 6 to 8 feet!
