Visit Hoi An’s colourful market, and experience the amazing sights, sounds and aromas of this busy market. We will have the opportunity to interact with the local sellers and learn about all the ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson later. We board the Red Bridge boat for a leisurely cruise (25 minutes) along the Hoi An River to the Red Bridge Cooking School. This is a chance to view local river life, so make sure your camera is handy. On arrival, we explore the cooking school’s herb garden, before learning about some of Hoi An’s and Vietnam’s well-known dishes. The cooking lesson runs for about 2 hours – the Red Bridge chefs first demonstrate each dish before we prepare the same dish ourselves. My story has started since the year of 2016 when I decided to quit my job and moved to Hoi An to follow my dream since I was a child (to become a handicraft person). I started a new life quite hard by doing a lot of works for handicraft workshops here and I had studied many things during this time. The year of 2018, I knew its the right time to stared doing something new, with the desire to share the knowledge and having a chance to meet friends come from all over the world who have the same hobby. My leather and bookbinding workshop was born. I hope it would be nice experience for everybody. Love!
