My birdwatching tours are organized in a very ecological and "slow" way: it is in fact possible to participate in small groups. During the itinerary we make some stops to observe the animals. The optical instruments available to participants allow them to capture moments of nature from a considerable distance, and then enjoy photographic shots. In the summer period there are often large groups of flamingos (some thousands), but also other very beautiful and fascinating species such as shelducks, avocets, black-winged stilts, oystercatchers and terns. Having this experience means discovering the fascinating naturalistic and landscape heritage of Pialassa Baiona and, together, retracing the evolution of the territory from the time of the Romans to the present day, touching first-hand the intertwining of nature, history (with the Garibaldi tradition and the Resistance) and the life of the valley's inhabitants.

When I had my gelato shop I've always wanted to educate my customers to the culture of gelato, and I've always desired to show them how gelato is made. Now that I don't have the shop anymore I still want to go on in my mission. Togheter we will prepare granita, gelato and sorbetto from raw ingredients, I will tell you about the professional procedures and the ones used in the home kitchen. You will learn also how to prepare gelato at home. At the end you will degustate your creations and learn how to recognize a good quality gelato. Visiting this charming traditional vinegary in the province of Modena is a truly unique experience: you enter a world full of history, visit lofts and breathe in the delicate perfume of traditional vinegar.
