Sacred Valley of the Incas Tour, Starts at 8:00 a.m. It is ideal to visit the main attractions of the Sacred Valley, on the way you will be able to see beautiful landscapes, Andean animals of the area and local people. Our first tourist attraction to visit will be the Pisac Inca cemetery, at this point you will have a guided tour and time to explore the place. Then we will go to the city of Urubamba where we will have our buffet lunch. Next we will visit the archaeological center of Ollantaytambo (The living Inca city). And finally we will go to Chinchero. The tour will be ending around 6:30 PM. Important (Optional): If you have a train ticket from Ollantaytambo to Aguas Calientes for that day, you can stay in Ollantaytambo to board the train, the tour for you would end in Ollantaytambo, you no longer return to Cusco.

As you walk through the market, Anilu will introduce you to the regional fruit, vegetables and livestock like chickens, guinea pigs, ducks, sheep and alpacas. After the tour, you'll join Diego in his outdoor kitchen where he will show you how to make classic Peruvian dishes like ceviche, lomo saltado (marinated beef sirloin, sautéed with onions, peppers and fried potatoes), tacu tacu (rice and roasted beans) and papa la huancaína (potatoes with a spicy, savory sauce) or causa rellena (potato puree garnished with yellow aji sauces and lemon, stuffed with onion, avocado and tuna). Along the way we can enjoy the open air and a delicious box lunch, at the end of the tour in the Urubamba River we have the option of returning to Cusco or continue to the Ollantaytambo train station so that the passenger continues his trip to Machupicchu .
