Our trip starts with a short bus ride to Dub (near Kotor), followed by a scenic cable car ride to 1,350 m in just 11 minutes — offering breathtaking views of the Bay of Kotor and Mount Lovćen. At Kuk station, you’ll have free time to enjoy panoramic platforms, medieval-themed attractions, or thrill rides like trimmers and mountain coasters. We then continue to the Njegoš Mausoleum, a national landmark with stunning views of Montenegro’s mountains. Next, we visit the traditional village of Njeguši for a homemade Montenegrin lunch, including the famous Njeguši prosciutto and cheese. Our journey takes us to Cetinje, the historic royal capital, where we’ll visit the Cetinje Monastery, home to precious Christian relics. Cetinje is the old Kingdom of Montenegro. It was founded in the 15th century and became the center of Montenegrin life and its culture. Today it is a city museum with beautiful monuments, promenades and nature under the huge mountain Lovćen. Cetinje is the former capital of Montenegro. During King Nikola, numerous embassies of different countries were built in this city, giving the city a specific appearance. The most important monument of the town is Cetinje Monastery built in 1701 – dedicated to the birth of the Virgin. After the Monastery, the most important architectural monument of Cetinje, is Biljarda – the residence of Petar II Petrović Njegoš. Immediately across the street there is the King Nikola’s Museum in the building from 1867. Budva is a coastal city on the Adriatic coast in Montenegro. This city dates back 3,450 years ago and is one of the oldest cities on the Adriatic Sea. The area around the city, along the coast, is called the Budva Riviera. The Riviera is the center of Montenegrin tourism, known for its sandy beaches and night life, the area of hotels and restaurants that separates the beautiful coast from high mountains. The name Old Town, Budva was worn in the Middle Ages, and most of the architecture of this city was of Venetian origin. Doors, windows, balconies and many other parts of the constructions are of Roman style. It kept original form with its narrow streets, squares and stone staircases leading to the elegant houses with small windows framed by hewn frames and red-tiled roofs. Budva has a large number of cultural and historical monuments, monasteries and churches that document the historical and social events in the area of the Budva Riviera. Departure is from Budva . On the road you can see Boka Kotorska bay where you will pass by ferry through Verige passage(10min). The road takes us to Croatian border, from which you have less than 40km to town Dubrovnik. In front of the old town will be local tourist guide who will take you through old narrow streets and tell you something more about the history of that town. You will have one hour with the guide and after that you will have 3 hours of free time. You can do the exploration of the town, climb to the town walls... After visiting the old town is planned to take panorama photos of the old town Dubrovnik.Return back to Budva around 18:30h. Attention: the time of return depends of traffic jams at the borders.
