We will trace what remains of it and have a glimpse of its history through the monuments of the district, also commemorating the tragedy that almost put an end to it. We will see as well how the community lives nowadays. One of my main fields of research is the Jewish heritage and monuments of East-Central Europe. I have been to synagogues and Jewish cemeteries all around the region: in Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Ukraine, Romania, so I see and present the Hungarian Jewish heritage in a broader context with thorough understanding of the subject.

The guide will give you all the information about the bears and wolves and depending on luck you will see such moves by the animals you can see only in Natural Geography films. The bears were saved from circuses and now they live happily in a huge territory we will walk around the area. The bears and wolves are living their natural way of life we are just observing them so you might see bears playing in a lake, climbing trees, or simply wrestling. Some bears are born here so sometimes you see cubs with their mom when bears are small they are in a separate area. This absolute freedom makes these wild animals happy and that is why this place is so unique.
