Sapareva Banya is one of the most famous Bulgarian balneological resort. The only geyser in the country is located here. In the central park there is a fountain of steam where the water is coming out on the surface with 103 C -amazing! Rafting on Struma River
This is the best river for white water rafting in Bulgaria and covers a long period during the year - March-November. It takes about 3 hours and is the longest river run (10-12km , depending on the river level). You will explore numerous river rapids with different level and difficulty.
