Via Ferrata Åndalsnes West Wall is a true challenge, set in some of the world’s most spectacular mountain scenery. Designed for experienced adventurers, the West Wall is our most demanding Via Ferrata route. The views along the way are simply breathtaking, the photo opportunities endless, and the adrenaline rush that comes from facing your fears and pushing through them is nothing short of incredible. A good level of fitness and experience is required. The climb takes on average 5 to 6 hours return. You will be guided by professionals and secured to the mountain by cable throughout. After reaching the summit of Mount Nesaksla, the descent follows the scenic Rampestreken viewpoint before returning to the Norwegian Mountaineering Centre.

The Intro Wall is a perfect introduction to Via Ferrata climbing in some of the worlds most spectacular scenery! The route is facilitated with a continuous cable and steps, making climbing safe and achievable for everyone. The return back to town follows the popular hiking path down the Nesaksla mountain. The route offers breathtaking view and an unforgettable climbing adventure! The Intro Wall route does not require any previous climbing experience. It is just a few minutes from the town center and has free parking. Let our qualified guides lead you for a fun kayak adventure on the Geirangerfjord. We take you on a circuit past sheer cliffs and towards the ‘seven sisters’ waterfall view. Our stable kayaks are easy to paddle and turn so you can relax to enjoy the scenery. Past paddling experience is not necessary, but a lot of energy, enthusiasm and good humor are helpful. Each individual cannot be more than 100kg, or have hips wider than 40cm, or be taller than 200cm.
