This is a private tour with a 7-seater van for a maximum 6 guests (price is for 6 persons). In this tour we will visit a winery and olive oil factory. They have high standards of production, marrying the old traditions with modern technology and processing. In each location we will spend around one hour touring the facilities and tasting. Tastings are 25 euro each and not included in price of tour. We will enjoy stunning views, visit a 5000 year old olive tree and eat in a local restaurant. Optionally we could do beer tasting, visit Gonia monastery, Maleme airfield and the WW2 military cemetery. This is a private tour with a 7-seater van for a maximum 6 guests. We will tour around Akrotiri peninsula. First visit the historic monasteries of Agia Triada and Gouverneto. We will marvel the magnificent architecture and structure of the monasteries and explore their rich history. Gouverneto monastery is closed Wednesdays and Fridays. At Agia Triada you can do optional wine tasting for 25 euro per person for an hour, which is paid separately by travellers. Closed on weekends. After the monasteries we will relax for two hours by the crystal clear waters of Aegean sea in the beautiful bay of Stavros. On the way back we will stop at Venizelos graves to enjoy a breath taking panoramic view of Chania. There are a few options to customize this tour. We could visit of Chania old town for 2 hours (extra charge), Gouverneto hike for 1-2 hours to Arkoudiotisa cave and later to Katholiko, or do a wine tasting at Agia Triada monastery for an hour. Hike Imbros Gorge and Beach Private Tour (price per group of 6)
If you are looking for a hike combining one of the three options: beach, wine or olive oil tasting, this is the perfect tour for you! Imbros gorge is located south of Lefka Ori mountains and take around 3 hours to cross. The hike starts from Imbros village. We will drop you off at the entrance, then pick you up at the end. Our driver will not hike with you. Its around 2 hours driving each way. Most of the hike is in the shade with a narrow trail that cannot be lost. It's good to have a sufficient supply of water and hat. Imbros gorge is a small version of Samaria gorge. The scenery is breathtaking, ideal for nature lovers and wildlife watchers. We believe its the best hike for children from 10 years old and half the size of demanding Samaria gorge. After Imbros we could visit Frangokastello beach or do a wine or olive oil tour/tasting for an hour. You can choose one option.
