Within this private tour you will have an opportunity to visit the spiritual center of Armenia – Echmiadzin, the sites of which are included in the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List. The first stops will be at the churches of St. Hripsime and St. Gayane, built in honor of the Christian martyrs who escaped from Rome led by their abbess Gayane. Afterwards there comes the key stop at the Echmiadzin Mother Cathedral – the main cathedral of the Armenian Apostolic Church and the very first Christian cathedral in the World. At the moment the cathedral is under reconstruction and, unfortunately, it can only be viewed from the outside. Not far from the Cathedral, the amazing "Treasures of Echmiadzin" museum is there to welcome you. The last stop of the tour is Zvartnots temple of 7th century, one of the tallest buildings of the time.

The structure was built by king Tiridates I in the first century AD as a temple to the sun god Mihr. After Armenia's conversion to Christianity in the early fourth century, it was converted into a royal summer house of Khosrovidukht, the sister of Tiridates III. ✅ Geghard - “Ayrivank” (“cave monastery”). The main chapel was built in 1215, the monastery complex was founded in the 4th century by Gregory the Illuminator at the site of a sacred spring inside a cave. The monastery had thus been originally named Ayrivank, meaning "the Monastery of the Cave". ✅ Arch of Charents. From there opens a beautiful view to Mount Ararat.

Arpa Vayots-Dzorsky marz of Armenia, stretched tiny village Areni - the object of pilgrimage for connoisseurs of vintage wines and unique monuments of architecture. On this 10-11-hour tour you will start by visiting Tsaghkadzor, translated as "valley of flowers" and situated on the slope of the mountain. Moving on, see Kecharis monastery complex in Tsaghkadzor.
