The tour starts at the car parking St. Pieters fortress & mountain ( called the Eye ). First we see the fortress and a nice walk over the mountain brings us to excellent viewpoints : dreamy Jekerdal, the oehoe owl-valley and the spectacular viewing platform limestone quarry/canyon ( also finish Pietertrail ). With a interval at Hoeve Lichtenberg viewpoint and the Slavante terrace & vineyard we walk along the Maria cave and André Rieu castle back to the fortres and carparking. The walk is a mix of heritage and nature. You can customize the tour with a walk through the limestone quarry.
