This is certainly our liveliest and most exciting tour of Serbia! We had to travel halfway around the world to realize that only in Belgrade (which is among the world capitals of street art) the best way to understand and get to know the country, to figure out how people live in it and what they care about, is through street art and other places which are hidden from the eyes of travellers. Here, it's easy to quickly feel completely at home. During this tour, we will talk about Belgrade's alternative cultural scene, squatters and underground art. Together, we'll see striking murals by artists from every corner of the globe, visit an outdoor gallery, and peek into various abandoned, underground, and hidden areas. We'll visit the designer district, contemporary art galleries, unusual bars and clubs, one of the independent cultural centres, and various vintage stores. And we will certainly try some very fine craft beer from Belgrade breweries and delicious handmade sweets. Come join us!

After the Bolshevik revolution, between 1 to 2 million people left Russia over three years. Up to a hundred thousand ended up in the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes. This influx of people certainly wasn't trivial for a country with a small population. Russian emigration certainly left a very notable mark in the capital city of Belgrade. Was it a good or bad mark? Let's walk around, observe and figure it out for ourselves. Why did most Russian emigrants settle here? What are Nansen passports and why are they being mentioned again today? How did Serbia dare to do what even stronger countries never would - to host a fully-trained and even partially-weaponised army of another country? Let’s find out! And while we do, let's try to solve a challenging question - how would you organise such an army in exile in a way that it would not: - overthrow anyone, - conquer parts of the country, - or starve to death. That's what makes it such a wonderful country! Join us!

This tour of Zemun is special. How else could one describe a walk through the charming old town, which is not only hidden, like a nesting doll, in another city but which also hides another city within itself? And we will certainly find that third city together. We will take a stroll along the paved streets between vine-covered houses with tiled roofs, feed the swans on the Danube, peek into courtyards and look for treasures, legends, secrets, and funny stories scattered throughout the city of Zemun. Zemun, as every proper fairy-tale city should, has a secret or dark side, which has not only changed the fate of the country more than once but also the fate of Europe. But that doesn't scare us, does it? This city tour is beautiful, simple, and full of amazing stories. Without them, it is impossible to understand neither Belgrade nor the rest of Serbia.
