On this private, full-day tour, we set out from Paraty by fastboat to the fjord. We hike up Mamanguá Sugarloaf Peak (425m) with an English speaking local guide for incredible views of the bays and the Rainforest covered mountainsides and on the way back you stop at the beach for lunch at a restaurant and a swim.

The Saco Bravo Waterfall in the Juatinga State Ecological Reserve is a stunning place to visit. The 8km trek from Ponta Negra Beach to the waterfall, with an average duration of 2.5 to 3 hours each way, and the difficult terrain with ups and downs, makes it a challenging but rewarding experience. It is important to keep in mind the rules set by INEA, especially the need to be accompanied by a Cadastur-accredited guide during the tour. Also, bringing food such as biscuits, vueladinhos and balas is recommended due to the demands of the trail.

Located in National Park "Serra da Bocaína" , this waterfall is one of the most beautiful waterfalls in the region, located 25km from the entrance to Paraty. The trail that gives access is very technical, despite not being too steep or too long, it is approximately 3km, covered in 2 hours at a leisurely pace through the protected forest. We will can watch a lush flora and many birds, we will reach the first fall and at the site of our first bath, where we will have a splendid view of the magnitude of this waterfall. We will can contemplate, relax a little for the follow another 15 minutes of walking to the second fall, from where, in addition to bathing in crystal clear water, we have our lunch and rest for the return trip.

Surf is a sport to interact with the nature. According to the swell, wind and experience of the participants, we choose our destination with spots for begginers, intermediates and advenced. The best waves near Paraty are: Laranjeiras, Cepilho and Sono; and the ones near the border of Ubatuba, Camburi, Vila do Cambury, Praia da Fazenda e Brava da Almada. The access to the spots are drive (30 minutes) plus hike (30 minutes).
