We’ll visit a Parmigiano Reggiano dairy farm and a family-run balsamic vinegar facility, with views of Canossa Castle and Votigno. Starting at 8:00 AM from Reggio Emilia train station, we’ll transfer to Cortogno. At San Giorgio dairy farm, taste fresh cheese before setting off through Appennino Tosco-Emiliano National Park. Our first stop is Vercallo, with views of Rossena and Canossa castles. After a 45-minute ride, we’ll explore the Castle of Canossa and a balsamic vinegar facility within its walls.
