This is a hands-on culinary experience with an Emmy and James Beard winner chef! Under the guidance of chef AlexG, you will prepare a gourmet meal (or desserts) and then enjoy it around our table. You will learn French cooking techniques, knife skills, sauces, and how to cook locally sourced vegetables and proteins perfectly, you may learn to use a mini-torch to caramelize your creme brulée (upgrade 2).
