We drive through the Olden Valley, passing the beautiful Olden Lake. When our bus reaches the Briksdal Inn, you can start the hike towards Briksdal Glacier, which is one of many arms of the famous Jostedal Glacier. The hike up to Briksdal Glacier takes you through a beautiful scenery surrounded by waterfalls and mountains. Finally, you will reach the viewpoint at the lake of the glacier. The first part of the hike is the hardest, and it gets gradually easier. The walk to the glacier normally takes around 45-60 minutes.

The bus picks you up in Flåm and drives to Aurland, the largest village in the area. From there, we navigate hairpin bends up to the Stegastein viewpoint, 650 m (2132 ft) above sea level, offering breathtaking views of Aurlandsfjord. We then return to Flåm and continue to Stalheim Hotel via the 11.4 km Gudvangatunnel. The road offers spectacular fjord scenery with mountains, waterfalls, and forests. The historic hotel, once on the Oslo–Bergen postal route, now has 220 beds and panoramic valley views. After visiting Stalheim, we descend to the fjord and stop at Gudvangen, a picturesque village with unique fjord views. Following a final photo stop, the bus returns to Flåm pier.

Borgund Stave Church is the best preserved stave church. Vindhella is one of the greatest engineering feats. Experience both wonders in the same tour! At 12 pm you start the experience with entering the visitor centre with exhibitions, cafe, travel shop and toilets, before going to the Stave Church and experiencing the mysticism of the Middle Ages. This part is self-guided and you listen to the guide inside church. The ticket is valid for the whole day. At 13.30 you'll meet our skilled guide outside the church (not same guide as in the stave church) and we walk up the east side of Vindhella to the top of the famous hairpin bends. You will learn about the King's Road and the construction of the masterpiece that meanders on high walls down through the mountain pass. Hear about the road workers, about slave labor and punishment, about railings, stones and kings. Also learn about the hill fort, ancient defense facilities, and the ambush by the medieval rebel army «Birkebeinerne».
