After a few miles, we'll cross the Arizona canal and ride into Paradise Valley, the most expensive zip code in the state.. Celebrities and professional athletes live there. On a meticulously designed route, we'll travel on slow safe streets through Paradise Valley to the Cholla Trail head on Camelback mountain. This is the most popular easy hiking trail in all of Scottsdale. This is an easy hike and gives you the chance to experiences Camelback without getting worn out and tired. Once we finish our hike, we're back on the bike path headed toward McCormick Ranch. We'll see hidden gems and learn some fun facts that you would definitely miss without a tour guide.

We are celebrating our 20th anniversary providing tours! We are a well run family owned business and we can't wait to meet you. Through the first portion of our tour, the bike path nestles up to golf courses, parks, frisbee golf courses and lakes. Approaching Tempe Town Lake we ride under tunnel underpasses and enjoy a some gradual inclines and declines. We'll pass the Tempe Marina and see the boats as we ride towards Papago Park. The scenery makes a dramatic shift to an iconic desert landscape as we enter Papago Park. We usually see road runners (birds) on this portion of the tour. The smooth concrete bike path meanders through a unique frisbee golf course that is rocky with maroon colors. Ahead on a hill top, we see an on oddly placed pyramid; the tomb of George W.P. Hunt, Arizona's first Governor. Then we make our way to The Hole in the Rock. Your group will hop off your bikes and leave them with the tour guide and walk about 5 minutes up the trail to the look out point.

This experience is perfect for the group that wants to get an overview of Old Town Scottsdale and gain an understanding of what makes Old Town special and the best places to visit. Our golf cart also has a canopy, so you will always be in the shade as you ride. As an optional stop, your guide will take you into the air conditioning for a quick elevator ride to stunning roof top views. On the tour, there will be additional opportunities to do a short walk from our golf cart about 100 feet to major landmarks for photo opportunities. If you have mobility issues and do not want to walk at all, that's no problem. All of our guides are trained to be flexible and adjust your tour. After this experience, you will know all of the best places to eat, drink and play in Old Town Scottsdale. You will also see all of the major landmarks and learn local history.

On this day trip we will travel to the famous Apache Trail. An old trail, the Apache tribe used in the late 1800's as well as a road built for prospectors and wagons traveling through the area. You as our guest will enjoy the majestic Superstition Mountain range as well as the beautiful Sonoran desert backdrop. We will venture to the old gold mining ghost town of Goldfield, witness breathtaking vistas in the mountain range of the Superstitions and let you take a 90 minute sightseeing steamboat ride on Canyon Lake. We will also make a pitstop at the old wagon stop of Tortilla Flat for possible lunch or gift shop attractions. Lastly we will stop at the Lost Dutchman Museum to polish up your knowledge of the area before we head back into town. Duration of trip is 8 hours from Pickup to Drop-off. NOTE: The museum is CLOSED Mon-Wed from the months of May thru October.
